Why does most of the world hate America ?

Are they jealous? Do they feel threatened? Are they evil people who want to control the masses and form a NWO? We have done more good than the rest of the world combined. If USA was to fall who would pick up the slack? Who would donate billions to poorer countries? Who would fight for liberty communist china?
