How to put a Corset on?

This is my first corset purchasing on ShaperCorset.com shop. I am very pleasant that its price is so affordable. But there is a problem, I do not know how to put it on. Every time I wear more than an hour to spend, and feel very uncomfortable. It is terrible,although it is my fault.
