How to make Harley Quinn's corset from Arkham Asylum?

So I'm working on making my costume as Harley Quinn from the video games and I'm having trouble with getting the corset figured out. I don't mind a lot of sewing but I really need a pattern or something to get it off the ground. Any help would be awesome.
