Cat took liberty w/pee in a 300sq ft room. tried many things. how do i get rid of the odor?

i dont really know where the pee smell is coming from, so i cant target a specific spot.maybe if i just drown the entire area with full strength white vinegar? maybe drown half the room, since he prefers one side of the room. what should i do?
