I want to send a simple mail to Singapore using USA first class stamps?

I want to send a simple mail to Singapore using a USA First Class stamp,but how many First Class stamps do i need to put on the mail? do i need to put just one stamp on it? and yes it has a liberty bell on it and it says "Forever". please helpp! i want to send the mail ASAP
