What's wrong with my corset?

I've been wearing corsets since I was 14. I've always gotten fitted for them and I never have had problems with them. It's almost become an obsession having a corset. A week ago i bought a satin corset with lace lining. It has a tough almost board on the back to allow to be laced pretty tightly. This corset is not much different from the rest. But now every time i wear it i feel dizzy. I've thrown up a couple of times. And it's bruising my body like no other corset. What can be wrong?
