What would you wear with this dress?

Wear some skin colored tights so it doesn't look like you overdone it! And im with you cuz my legs are also really skinny. ;D You should wear a cutee headband with the dress and a bracelet(: I think that would look really good with the dress. It's just my opinion but i'm sure you will look good with either type of leggings
