What can i turn a corset into?

A hat for the English Royalty comes to mind. An hourglass shape sitting high on the head with flowers or wispy things cascading out the top and the garters on the bottom fastened around the chin. That would be tremendously hideous....Princess Beatrice might love it! LOL
