On Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories PSP is there a cheat to unlock the whole city?

my little brother keeps annoying me asking me to unlock stuff on the game and i get really annoyed with him. Is there a cheat that unlocks the whole map? because the next time he asks me i will be about ready to rip his head off is i get asked for the millionth time :/
