HELP!!! custom prom dress?

Nice choice, but instead of going for a corset back (Its kind of out of fashion) why don’t you wear a corset underneath and then go for a regular zipper back? You will look great in it regardless of your body type if you are wearing a corset underneath. If you’re getting it custom made, make sure to let the seamstress know you’re wearing a corset.
